Conceived, funded, and developed entirely by Pine Water Group, The Creekside Residence began with a forested Incline Village lot that others had overlooked. A long private approach moves beyond the steep roadside grade, revealing gentler ground and a sense of seclusion beside the creek.

An earthy palette of plaster, stone, wood, and hot-rolled steel brings a restrained Japanese sensibility to the mountain-modern architecture, grounding the home in the surrounding forest. The steel’s natural patina, together with the custom furnishings, gives the newly built residence the calm, collected character of a place that has evolved over time.
